their has been a relatively persistent halo around the moon. What a
way to start the New Years with chemical haze and the night optical
side effects of weather control. Some people will look and won't see
the order in the seeming chaos of chemical clouds that are harnessed
to steer radiant energy that passes through their sky place into condensed
beams. Polarization, as shown in the moon halo below, makes more accurate
the ongoing remote sensing of the atmosphere. |
