[October 14, 2002] The rainbow cloud was
caused by the launching of a missile for a missile defense test. The
lower video animation is the same rocket cloud over the entire time
it took to dissipate. A few minutes after this sequence a UFO disappeared
into the rainbow cloud. |

The rocket plume has deep rainbow colors that start to become visible within minutes of the missile launch.
